Job Description
- Craft compelling visual stories and art direction for campaigns, establishing visual concepts that effectively communicate brand messages and create emotional connections with target audiences
- Oversee the visual development of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive visual language across all touchpoints including digital, print, video, and experiential elements
- Work closely with Brand Strategy, Creative, and Account teams to translate strategic concepts into powerful visual executions while ensuring creative alignment with campaign objectives
- Present visual concepts to clients, incorporate feedback effectively, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring creative integrity and brand consistency throughout project development
- Oversee the production of visual assets, coordinate with vendors and production teams, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines
- Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and visual communication techniques, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to client projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising Design, or related creative field
- 4+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or visual communication roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction capabilities across digital and traditional media
- Expert visual design abilities with deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy principles
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience guiding creative teams and working with diverse stakeholders
- Comprehensive knowledge of brand visual systems with ability to maintain consistency while creating innovative executions
- Strategic thinking capabilities with understanding of how visual design supports marketing objectives and brand positioning
- Exceptional attention to detail in visual execution, brand guidelines adherence, and quality control processes
