Job Description

  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns across paid search, social media advertising, and programmatic channels to improve performance and efficiency

  • Monitor campaign performance with analytics tools, generate reports, and provide insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI

  • Oversee programmatic advertising campaigns, implement automation strategies, and optimize bidding algorithms for better outcomes

  • Focus on e-commerce marketing initiatives, optimizing product campaigns, shopping ads, and conversion funnels to drive sales and revenue growth

  • Research and implement new digital marketing techniques and emerging platforms while conducting A/B tests to improve campaign performance

  • Manage relationships with advertising platforms, vendors, and technology providers to ensure optimal service delivery and campaign support

  • Develop and implement retention strategies, email marketing, and lifecycle programs to maximize customer lifetime value

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree

  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid advertising and campaign management

  • Proven experience working with digital advertising platforms and optimizing performance

  • Strong expertise in PPC and social media advertising, with a demonstrated ability to manage significant advertising budgets

  • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into optimization strategies

  • A solid understanding of e-commerce marketing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies

  • Excellent attention to detail in campaign setup, targeting, and performance monitoring to ensure accuracy and results

  • Strong collaborative abilities, with experience working across creative, strategy, and account teams

  • Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic buying platforms

  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling tools

  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, including shopping campaign management, product feed optimization, and e-commerce analytics

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, bid management platforms, and campaign optimization software

  • Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Manus for campaign research, optimization insights, and performance analysis
