Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree

At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid advertising and campaign management

Proven experience working with digital advertising platforms and optimizing performance

Strong expertise in PPC and social media advertising, with a demonstrated ability to manage significant advertising budgets

Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into optimization strategies

A solid understanding of e-commerce marketing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies

Excellent attention to detail in campaign setup, targeting, and performance monitoring to ensure accuracy and results

Strong collaborative abilities, with experience working across creative, strategy, and account teams

Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic buying platforms

Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling tools

Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, including shopping campaign management, product feed optimization, and e-commerce analytics

Familiarity with marketing automation tools, bid management platforms, and campaign optimization software

Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Manus for campaign research, optimization insights, and performance analysis
