Job Description

Gather, analyze, and document product requirements by creating comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver major features and product improvements.

Identify cross-product and cross-functional strategic opportunities that provide customer value and support business objectives.

Drive product planning and manage delivery across the entire lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization.
Conduct product demonstrations for users and stakeholders to showcase features and gather actionable feedback. -
Translate product requirements into clear user stories and task lists for engineering teams.

Work closely with UI/UX teams to brainstorm solutions, design user flows, and create wireframes and interactive prototypes.

Take ownership of product performance by monitoring KPIs, user adoption, engagement, and overall profitability.

Maintain effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Collect, analyze, and translate user requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams, coordinating across multiple departments and time zones.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Familiarity with ERP systems.
