Spearhead business development initiatives focusing on e-commerce enablers, TikTok Shop partnerships, and affiliator programs

Identify and secure new business opportunities with e-commerce platforms, optimizing our presence on TikTok Shop and enhancing affiliator network relationships

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with e-commerce enablers, leveraging these relationships to expand our service offerings and market reach

Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to tailor services for the e-commerce sector, ensuring our solutions meet the unique needs of online retailers and brands

Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities within the TSP ecosystem

Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, working closely with the legal department to ensure compliance and protect company interests

Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars related to e-commerce and digital marketing to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create targeted campaigns that promote our TSP services to e-commerce platforms and retailers

Provide input to the Product Development team on features and services that could enhance our value proposition to e-commerce enablers and platforms

Prepare regular reports on business development activities, partnership performance, and market insights for senior management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, with a specific focus on e-commerce, digital platforms, or TSPs

Proven track record of establishing and growing partnerships within the e-commerce sector, particularly with platforms like TikTok Shop
-
Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities for enablers and affiliators

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade high-level stakeholders

Strategic and analytical thinker with the capability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, and how they apply to e-commerce businesses
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously
