Job Description

Conduct comprehensive brand research by analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry insights to inform strategic recommendations and brand positioning decisions.

Assist in the development of brand strategies, positioning frameworks, and messaging architectures while contributing fresh perspectives and analytical insights.

Develop compelling presentations and strategic documents that communicate brand insights, research findings, and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Contribute to key account initiatives by supporting client relationship building, account planning, and ensuring consistent strategy implementation across all brand touchpoints.

Participate in client meetings, workshops, and strategic sessions by contributing insights and supporting senior strategists in relationship management and discussions.

Collaborate with Creative and Performance teams to ensure brand strategies are effectively translated into campaigns and marketing initiatives that meet strategic objectives.

Provide strategic input during campaign planning and execution to ensure brand consistency and optimize performance against goals.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in brand strategy, planning, market research, or account management roles.

Demonstrated experience in brand building and strategic thinking with relevant project work.

Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.

Strategic mindset with strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer psychology, and market dynamics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating presentations and participating in client discussions.

Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across Creative, Performance, and Project Management teams.
